To access your account, you’ll be asked to enter your password. This question will only be asked once when the first time setup is completed. The password you entered has eight digits. 

Make sure you use this password to log into the Raspberry Pi from elsewhere. Creating a second “read-only” password should be declined (n).

Step 4: Setting Up the Client-Side (Laptop)

  • Enter the 8-digit password that was input during the installation of the VNC server on the Raspberry Pi.
