Lenovo Chromebook C330 2-in-1 Convertible Laptop

As I mentioned earlier in the FAQ section about Chromebooks, you don’t get the high storage capacity as they were designed for online applications. However, if you don’t have much data or don’t use an external drive, you might want to consider a Chromebook like the Lenovo C330.

ProcessorMediaTek MT8173C
Ram4GB DDR4
Storage64GB eMMC
Display11.6-inch touch, 1366 x 768
Battery LifeUp to 10 Hours

Before I go any further, I would like to warn you that this is a cheap notebook. Therefore, do not expect any powerful performance. However, as long as you’re using it to create spreadsheets, watch videos, or browse the Internet, it won’t disappoint you.

I said that because this Chromebook is only offering a MediaTek mobile processor with only 4GB of memory and 64GB of eMMC storage.

One thing about this device, though, is the design. Allows use in tablet or laptop format, the credit goes to the 360-degree occupation.

ChromeOS isn’t as powerful as Windows or macOS, but plenty of software applications are available for realists. Additionally, with Play Store support, you can run all Android apps, which is quite helpful.

Pros
  • The cheapest notebook for realtors
  • Convertible and lightweight design
  • Beautiful and professional design
  • Expandable storage with SD card
Cons
  • Average build quality
  • Sluggish performance
  • Short battery life

3. ASUS VivoBook F510 (Best Laptops For Real Estate Agents)

ASUS VivoBook

One of the problems with some portable laptops on the market is that they compromise connectivity. So, for you an ultra-portable pocketbook with good connectivity choices, it is best to take a look at what the ASUS VivoBook F510 has to offer.

Processor1.6GHz Intel Core i5-8250U
Ram8GB DDR4
Storage128GB SSD + 1TB HDD
Display14.2″ Full HD
Battery LifeUp to 5 Hours

This is a relatively old device, not surprising to see the Intel Core i5-8250U. This eighth-generation chip is clocked at 1.6GHz but can go up to 3.9GHz if resources are required. This processor, combined with Intel integrated graphics, can provide competitive performance for heavy tasks. You may even do some mild media processing with this machine with no issues.

The 8GB DDR4 RAM on the device meets the said processor’s setup, enabling it to handle multitasking needs. ASUS has gone double in the storage section, offering you 1TB of 128GB SSD and HDT storage combination. When allocating media to HDD, you can place the necessary files in the SSD section.

The 14.2-inch Full HD display on the VivoBook F510 is larger than a laptop in this category. Although it has a standard resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Nano Edge design adds more significance to its in-depth experience. Finally, we discuss a screen-to-body ratio of 80, which supports devices of less than 1000 devices.

I wouldn’t say I like the keyboard that comes with the device. We’d love to see the backlit keyboard on this package. Unfortunately, you only have the Chalet keyboard left, which also has an ergonomic design. ASUS has also added a reasonable trackpad, which enhances the overall navigation experience. You’ll also find an integrated fingerprint reader for secure login.

In terms of design, the ASUS VivoBook F510 meets the specifications of your typical compact laptop. It weighs just 3.7 pounds, which ultimately makes it portable. In terms of thickness, the device is also kept at 0.80 inches. But, importantly, you get 2 USB Type-A ports, 1 USB Type-C port, and 1 HDMI port with a dedicated SD card reader.

Due to its lightweight and compact design, this ASUS notebook offers up to 5 hours of battery life, disappointing. Therefore, you cannot use this device for daytime purposes, especially if you have to handle heavy apps.

Pros
  • Multitasking-friendly
  • Compact design
  • NanoEdge display
  • Excellent connectivity
  • Dual storage
Cons
  • Average battery life

4. Apple MacBook Pro (Best Laptops For Realtors)

Apple MacBook Pro 16 Best MacBook for CAD

As we all know, the Apple brand often displays its fancy machines and devices, which often comes with a slightly higher price tag! But as I mentioned earlier, it’s about settling for a brand that’s right for you and go for it if you can afford it! My third choice laptop is not for extra zero or anything like that but the unique design of this machine.

Processor2.4 GHz 8th-Gen quad-core Intel Core i5
Ram8GB
Storage256GB SSD
Display13″ Full HD
Battery LifeUp to 10 Hours

The Apple MacBook Pro is a stunning 13-inch Retina laptop designed to help you meet your real estate standards! And I would recommend doing better. The retina name is the marketing name that Apple uses for its display, and in this model, it uses an effective 300 pixels per inch to show the color of the content clearly and accurately.

When it comes to what kind of processor the PC runs, it is the Intel Core i5 PC, which can work at 2.3GHz, also using dual-core for data processing. RAM is 8 GB, and storage is 256 GB SSD, GPU is Intel Iris Plus 640 graphics, OS is based on Mac, specially designed hardware which is more productive. Despite minor price issues with Apple, you can never go wrong because their products are strong and durable.

Pros
  • Great operating system and speed
  • Lightweight and portable
  • Great function
  • Long-lasting battery

Lenovo Flex 5

As a realtor, touch screen input is one of the most helpful features. If you can get quality performance without spending too much on such a touch screen laptop, you don’t need to look any further. Fortunately, this is precisely what Lenovo Flex 5 brings to the table.

ProcessorAMD Ryzen 5 4500U
Ram16GB DDR4
Storage256GB SSD
Display14.0″ Full HD
Battery LifeUp to 10 Hours

Unlike the laptop we mentioned above, this Lenovo laptop is equipped with an AMD Raisin 5 4500U, which offers a clock speed of 2.1GHz. This chip can give you competitive performance without increasing battery life. Raden also prepares graphics devices for some heavy-duty tasks that use GPU resources. However, the notebook will not be the most prominent gaming.

Lenovo has allocated a wide range of resources in the memory and storage sector. 16GDR4 RAM means you can enjoy smooth multitasking, even if it includes multiple Windows and Photoshop windows. At the same time, 256GB SSD storage is just the right choice. This, of course, is better than all you get from an $ 800 laptop, but you may still need an external SSD on your own.

The 14-inch display is probably the most exciting element about this portable animal. It comes with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080, which is quite reasonable for a laptop of this price. However, its touch screen offers support for the included digital pen. Therefore, you can get better experience editing and interpreting different documents. Its slender bezels work together to provide a more in-depth look.

Despite being a 2-in-1 device, this notebook has the right quality keyboard inside. Of course, the backlit keyboard can’t compete with its gaming counterparts in the market. However, if you need a very smooth typing experience on the go, you can count on it. In addition to the usual trackpad, the device also packs physical shutters for webcams.

The design language of the Lenovo Flex 5 deserves special applause any day. In addition to making all parts of the laptop of high quality, Lenovo has added a minimum weight of 3.63 pounds with smooth hinges. This means you can easily toggle between different viewing/usage modes such as Tent and Tablet. The laptop also has versatile ports, including 1 USB Type-C, 2 Type-A ports, and one full-size HDMI port.

This notebook surprises us when it comes to battery life in practice. With a single charge, you can use up to 10 hours for resin and good correction. Using the included 65W adapter, you can quickly charge the device up to 80% in an hour.

Pros
  • Touchscreen input
  • Lightweight design
  • Digital Pen support
  • Amazing battery life
Cons
  • The display may be brighter

6. Lenovo Flex 14 (Best Laptops For Real Estate Agents or Realtors)

Lenovo Flex 14 2-in-1 Convertible Laptop

Hoping around the 600 price range, the Lenovo Flex 14 is a fantastic notebook. It is a rare laptop, offering robust hardware with this robust price-changing design.

For performance, the Flex 14 AMD Ryzen 5 offers 3500 processors, paired with 8GB of memory and 256GB of NVMe SSD storage. In general, this processor can be compared with the Intel i5 series for understanding. Have you noticed that it is offering NVMe technology that is faster than SATA and ensures better performance?

ProcessorRyzen 5 3500U @3.7GHz

With this hardware layout, you can work, edit videos, or even play some light games. Plus, with the touch screen Full HD display, you can take notes or draw lots. With the changing design, you can use it as a rugged tablet, which helps the presentation.

Pros
  • Allows drawing and note-taking with the included pen
  • Impressive battery life
  • Ideal for carrying
  • Attractive slim and compact design

7. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Best Laptops For Realtors)

Surface Pro 7

If you are looking for the benefits of 2 in-1 convertible laptops, then Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is an impressive choice in the market. Microsoft’s signature product, this hybrid device, brings advanced performance inside the slim, portable package.

Processor1.3GHz Intel Core i7-1065G7
Ram16GB
Storage512GB SSD
Display12.3″ Full HD
Battery LifeUp to 10+ Hours

One of the factors driving the Surface Pro 7’s performance is the 10th generation Intel Core i7-1065G7, a processor clocked at 1.3GHz. However, it can reach 3.9GHz, which is beneficial when using apps that use resources like Photoshop or Illustrator. Of course, you can’t expect dedicated graphics in a device with such a slim profile.

When it comes to RAM and storage, this replaceable laptop can surprise even the most tech-savvy realists. Its 16GDR4 RAM means you can do more than a dozen tabs on Google Chrome. If you want to edit some video footage to show clients, you can do it quickly. Similarly, this variant of the device has 512GB SSD storage, enhancing general expertise and space.

Because it’s a convertible laptop, you get a 12.3-inch touchscreen display. This panel has a high top resolution of 2736 x 1824, which provides better quality than the standard Full HD panel. We ought to understand that the Surface Pen permits precise on-screen control and gesture support for Windows 10. Whether you choose Studio, Tablet, or Laptop mode, you get the best viewing angles.

In case you did not know, this system doesn’t include a keyboard. You have to buy Microsoft Type Core separately, but it will be worth the investment. However, you can always go for third party keyboards as well as trackpads. The Surface Pro 7 works well with most surface accessories such as the Surface Pen and the Surface Arc Mouse.

The overall design and quality of the device are matched to its thin tag. As a realtor, you can easily carry your 1.7-pound device. The great thickness of only 8.33 mm, by the way, is only for bouncers. It’s spectacular that you get each USB Type-A and Type-C ports from this ultra-thin package, and it helps a lot when it comes to accessing it.

Last but not least, this device claims to work for 10.5 hours at a single charge. This means that after a full day of document preparation, browsing, and tinkering around Windows 10, you’ll still have a few percent of the juice left.

Pros
  • Truly lightweight system
  • Ultra-thin design
  • Support Surface accessories
  • Standard connectivity
  • High-end performance
Cons
  • Buy Separate Keyboard

8. ASUS ZenBook 13 (Best Laptop For Real Estate Agent)

ASUS ZenBook 13 Ultra-Slim Laptop

Another product to check out is the ASUS ZenBook 13, which ranks sixth on my list. This immovable and lightweight laptop is ideal for real estate agents, especially for its comfortable driving. It weighs 2.5 pounds and is designed with a 0.5 thin profile. Its chassis is made of aluminum, making it well portable so that its quality premium does not feel too much in your favor.

Processor8th Gen Intel Core I5-8265U
Ram8GB LPDDR3
Storage512GB PCIe SSD
Display13.3″ Full HD
Battery LifeUp to 15 Hours

The ASUS ZenBook 13 is specially designed with a stunning 13.3-inch full-HD panel with extensive optical technology and can provide up to 178-degree refinement. For your added benefit, the PC has developed an ASUS Eye Care technology for your eye care, which means that you can do as much as you want with the help of this notebook. No need to fret about any adverse effects.

To dig deeper into what you would expect to solve this machine, this is an 8th Journal Intel Core i5-8265U processor with a turbo boost of 3.9 GHz that will give you 8 Offers GB RAM, which is best designed to handle more than one. Work without worrying about any backlog issues. It has 512GB SSD storage, which is enough to store all the necessary files and data you have.

Pros
  • Great space for usage
  • Ultra-slim design
  • 15-hour battery life
  • Great functionality
  • Full-size backlit keyboard
Cons
  • The display is a bit dim

9. Lenovo Ideapad L340 (Best Laptops For Realtors)

Best Under Budget Lenovo IdeaPad L340

Although the laptop listed above is excellent for multitasking, it has a better GPU. Play high-end games, edit videos, work with 3D objects, use machine learning to analyze users’ data sets, create graphics; it can do it all.

Processor2.4GHz Intel Core i5-9300H
Ram8GB
Storage512GB SSD
Display15.6″ Full HD
Battery LifeUp to 9 Hours

Gaming and realtors are not directly connected terms. However, there are times when gaming-centric features can help you plan for a realtor. With that in mind, we’ve added the Lenovo IdeaPad L340 to our list. Yes, if you are involved in it, you can also use it to play games.

One of the reasons why this laptop is performing so well is the Intel Core i5-9300H processor inside. This ninth-generation Intel chip has a base clock speed of 2.4GHz and can increase the turbo to 4.1GHz, which is enough for resourceful apps and AAA games. You also get dedicated graphics with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, which packs 4GB of VRAM.

However, we wouldn’t say it’s laptop power when it comes to memory and storage. Right, 8GB of DDR4 RAM is enough for most people, and if you’re into hell-bent multitasking, you may be lagging. It’s nice to see the excellent 512GB SSD in this sub-package 1000 package as the drive gives you ample space for file storage regardless of the lightweight nature or speed.

Since it is initially designed for gaming environments, you can be confident about the display’s quality. The 15.6-inch IPS panel sometimes adds a little bulk to the laptop, but its resolution is set at 1920 x 1080, which is enough for most people. One thing that can frustrate you is the up and down bezels. It should also be noted that the panel is significantly brighter, which is not the case for many ultra boxes.

Lenovo has managed to add a high level of keyboard experience with this package. Because you’ll be using a gamer-designed keyboard, you can enjoy extra touch feedback, among other things. It also comes with a backlit, but a blue ash color choice. The included trackpad is standard, and you’ll need to use an external mouse if you’re planning a game.

Considering the robust hardware and improved package quality, we can’t blame it for being 4.84 pounds heavier. This means you will feel the weight in your bag. On the connectivity side, the L340 is no beast per second, but you still get some USB ports and a full-size HDMI port. Lenovo has also included a good quality sound system in the entire package.

According to the manufacturer, this performance-based machine can run for up to 9 hours at a single charge. We think this can be stressful, especially if you plan to use resource-related apps or games. But, with mixed-use, this tool will help you throughout the day.

Pros
  • Dedicated graphics
  • Excellent performance
  • Standard connectivity
  • Superior keyboard
  • Decent battery life
Cons
  • A bulky package

10. Huawei MateBook X (Best Laptops For Realtors 2020)

Huawei MateBook X Pro Signature Edition Thin & Light Laptop

Now you’re looking at the Huawei MateBook X, not a Dell XPS or MacBook laptop.

Although a realtor may not need a stylish laptop, I can’t resist sharing this lovely laptop with my readers.

It’s not cheap from one source, not even a budget laptop. This is a premium laptop made by Huawei. Yes, you read that right. Huawei is slowly entering the laptop market with mobile devices, and they have done amazing things by making these laptops.

Processori5-8250U/i7-8550U
Ram8/16GB
Storage56 – 512 GB SSD
Display13.9″ Full HD
Battery LifeUp to 12 Hours

The body of the MateBook X is made entirely of metal, and just like I said before, it feels premium in the hands. No compromise has been made in blood quality at all.

The Matebook comes with a 13.3-inch display with a resolution of 2160 × 440 and ultra-thin bezels.

There are currently two variants of this laptop available.

The one I’m talking about right now comes with Intel Core i7, 512GB SSD storage, and 8GB DDR3 RAM. If you are a power user, I would recommend it to you. It will cost you about 1000, which in my opinion is entirely worth it.

Another model comes with Core i5, 256GB SSD, and 8GB DDR3 RAM. It is suitable for necessary to moderate users. In that case, the price would be 800. If you don’t have a budget of 1k, you should probably get this amount.

You can do some light gaming on the machine with the Integrated Intel HD 620 graphics card, and you can also do some light video editing, but you can’t edit HD videos on this laptop.

Another great thing about this laptop that I like is that it weighs only 2.3 pounds (1.04 kg). I know there are already many lightweight laptops on this list, and that’s because a realtor mostly needs to carry a laptop with them, and they don’t always carry a heavy laptop with them.

2 USB Type-C is offered on this laptop. I know this is not enough for most people, but fortunately, Huawei has decided to offer MetDock 2.0, which includes a USB-A port, USB-C port, HDMI port, and VGA port. Mate comes out of the mailbox for free, and you don’t have to pay anything.

The Huawei MateBook comes with Dolby Atmos, which is very loud, and I am sure you will be happy with these fantastic dual speakers’ audio quality.

Huawei has offered a fingerprint reader in place of the power button. It works very fast, and they have kept it creative for some reason.

And finally, battery life.

A powerful machine does not always have good battery life. But the Huawei Matebook X has a good battery life of 12 hours. It’s not the best in terms of battery life, but it’s not terrible either.

Overall, this is an excellent laptop for any real estate agent/realtor.

Pros
  • A perfect notebook for a realtor.
  • Amazing display.
  • Build quality is great.
Cons
  • Only 2 USB Type-C.

Conclusion

A powerful tool like a laptop can be beneficial to any real estate agent out there, and you should spend your money wisely before getting your money.

If you are looking for the best laptops for realtors here, I am sure you can find your best choice so far. What do you think of these ten laptops? Do you have any suggestions to add here? Let me know in the comments section.
