The best part? this bad boy has a got a lovely 4 zone RGB backlit keyboard, so you can type away into the night in style because we all know how often we creative types like to pull all-nighters.
Just a heads up though, the Predator Helios 300 is a bit on the heavy side, weighing in at 5.07 pounds. So if you’re looking for a laptop to take with you on the go, this might not be the one for you.
On the contrary, if you’re worried about connectivity, don’t be. The Predator Helios 300 comes with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, so you’ll be able to connect to all your devices with ease.

This is one of the best displays I’ve ever seen on a Laptop, and it really makes a difference when you’re working with Adobe Creative Cloud.
As for hardware, the RTX 2070 gives the user the best possible gaming experience, and the 16GB DDR4 RAM ensures that no matter how intensive the software is, it will never lag.
Even though I am not a gamer and often use my laptop for work and other creative purposes, I still found the ROG Strix G15 to be an excellent laptop for me. It’s fast, efficient, and never has any issues with running any software I need it to.
The 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD is also a nice touch, as it offers plenty of storage space for all those large Adobe Creative Cloud files.
And if that is not enough, this laptop has 3 NVme bays for even more storage or for raid 0 if you are into that sort of thing.
As for the keyboard typing experience, it was one of the best I’ve ever had on a laptop. The keys are spaced out perfectly and have just the right amount of travel.
The backlighting is also very evenly distributed, so you never have to worry about Mis-presses, the funky RGB lighting is also a very nice touch.
For wired connectivity, there are 3 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, 1 HDMI 2.0b port, and 1 RJ-45 Ethernet jack.
As for wireless connectivity, this laptop comes with Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.0.
The webcam is also very good for a laptop, it offers 1080p resolution at 30fps and features an AI-powered facial recognition login system via Windows Hello.
The only downside to this laptop is that it is a bit on the heavier side, weighing in at 5.28 pounds (2.5kg).
But overall, the ASUS ROG Strix G15 is an excellent laptop for any creative professional or content creator who is looking for a fast, efficient, and reliable laptop that won’t break the bank, highly recommended!

As for the typing experience, I feel like the fonts feel a little washed out and hazy, however, the white backlighting is even and bright. The keys are also spaced out nicely and have a snappy response, which I believe makes up for any shortcoming the keyboard has.
The trackpad is large and supports all the multi-touch gestures I use on a daily basis. It’s also very smooth to the touch and responds quickly to my inputs.
In terms of portability, the ASUS ZenBook 15 Ultra-Slim Laptop is on the heavier side at 3.6 pounds but it’s still manageable, but I wish it was a little lighter.
